QUALIFICATIONS

Thomas holds an M.S. in Organizational Development from Loyola University, Chicago, and a B.A. Degree in Psychology from California State University San Bernardino. He also holds the following professional coaching certifications:

  1. Accredited Certified Coaching (ACC), International Coaching Federation

2. (ICF)Certified Professional Leadership Coach (CPLC), Professional Christian Coaching Institute (PCCI)

3. American Association of Christian Counselors, Mental Health Coach Certification 

He is also certified on the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Thomas Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument, Personal DiSCerment Inventory,  and Teaching Negotiation in the Corporation at Harvard University.

Thomas also finds the combination of emotional intelligence and mindfulness an effective way to help clients reframe limiting thinking into positive thinking, enabling effective choices in situations vs. reacting to negative triggers the same way.

His overarching goal as a coach is to help people identify, ask, and answer their most important leadership, career, life, and transition questions, then take action to close the gap between where they are and the future they desire.
